Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Sciences (GGITS) has a dedicated and fully functional Training & Placement Cell that actively supports students in securing internships and final-year placements. The cell plays a vital role in bridging students with industry by organizing campus drives, encouraging participation in technical and soft skill programs, and facilitating career development initiatives. With a student-centric approach, it ensures that learners are well-prepared and confident to meet the expectations of the corporate world
The institute provides excellent infrastructure to support placement activities, including a centrally air-conditioned auditorium (SPANDAN) for pre-placement talks, well-equipped rooms for group discussions and interviews, and a mini theatre for interactive sessions. The Placement Office is supported by a committed team of campus coordinators, faculty representatives from all departments, and trained student members, ensuring smooth execution of all training and recruitment processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF T&P CELL
1. Facilitation of Campus Drives
To serve as the official support system for campus placements by strategically organizing and coordinating campus recruitment activities. This includes managing corporate partnerships, scheduling on-campus drives, handling logistics, utilizing dedicated college infrastructure (auditoriums for Pre-Placement Talks, rooms for Group Discussions and interviews, mini theatre, etc.), and ensuring a smooth, professional recruitment experience for recruiters and students alike.

4. Internal Stakeholder Coordination and Support
To streamline and manage the placement ecosystem through structured coordination with campus coordinators, faculty representatives, and student committees. This ensures efficient communication, accurate student data management, eligibility verification, and smooth execution of pre-placement and placement activities across all departments.
5. Career Guidance and Professional Mentorship
To provide consistent career counseling, mentorship, and professional guidance through expert talks, alumni interactions, domain mentors, and personalized support. This helps students make informed career decisions, explore internships and higher-study options, and develop the confidence and skills required for successful careers.
